All trolleys are guaranteed subject to normal wear and tear, in the unlikely but not impossible event of a fault we will either; if the fault is easily diagnosed forward the spare part required with simple fitting instructions, if not arrange for collection by courier at our cost and return to us for repair or replacement. Any returns must be sent back in the complete original packaging, if the original packaging is not available the return will be carried out by the buyer at their own cost and risk.
Any faults or breakages caused by misuse, abuse or accidental damage are not covered by the warranty. Faults caused by users attempting to make any alteration or adjustment without our advice or instruction will not be covered by warranty and costs of repairs for same will be borne by the buyer. Warranty is not transferable, if the trolley is sold or handed out to any other party for any reason whatsoever the warranty will terminate at the date of handover.
In the event any item returned as faulty or ‘not working’ is tested on arrival by engineers as in full and proper working order the buyer will become liable for both collection and redelivery costs which will be payable prior to return to the buyer.
Unlike some of the more well known brands we do not restrict warranty to trolleys sold within the United Kingdom and Northern Ireland, however any warranty returns from other EU countries must be arranged by and at cost to the buyer. (excepting Spain for which UK terms apply) Trolleys bought from the UK and delivered to Spain will be serviced in Spain as per trolleys sold by stockists in Spain. In any case of return through ‘Buyer Remorse’ all courier costs will be for account of the buyer.
